- Payment: Payment for the Course must be made through the Thinkific platform at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

- Ownership: All content within the Course, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and other instructional materials, is the intellectual property of Accrew U or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accrew U and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Course.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Course will immediately cease, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed materials.
